What information to include when contacting Dr. Boz support

What non-sensitive details to include for order, payment, shipping, refund, subscription, or course-access support, and what not to share in chat.

Written by Dr. Boz Team

If your question depends on a private order, payment, subscription, shipping, refund, account, or course-access record, a support teammate may need to review that private record.

Fin can explain general published steps, but Fin cannot inspect, verify, change, cancel, refund, reship, unlock, approve, or update private records in chat.

Helpful details to include

For order, shipping, missing-item, damaged-item, return, or refund questions, include non-sensitive details such as your order number, purchase email address, tracking number if you have it, the item name, and a short description of what happened.

If an item is missing or damaged, photos of the package, packing slip, or damaged item may help support review the issue.

For course-access questions, include the email address used at purchase, the course or program name, and a short description of what you see, such as a locked module or missing course.

What not to share

Do not share passwords, full card numbers, CVV codes, two-factor authentication codes, recovery phrases, access tokens, full payment details, or other sensitive credentials in chat.

For personal medical questions, support can share general educational resources, but cannot diagnose, prescribe, interpret personal labs, change medications, or give individualized medical advice. For personal medical decisions, talk with your own licensed clinician.

If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services now, such as 911 in the United States, or go to the nearest emergency room.
