When Fin can help and when support needs to review your account

Explains when Fin can answer general questions and when a support teammate must review private account, order, payment, subscription, shipping, refund, course-access, or health-specific issues.

Written by Dr. Boz Team

Fin can answer many general Dr. Boz support questions using published Help Center resources.

Some questions require a support teammate to review a private account, order, payment, subscription, shipping, refund, or course-access record. Fin cannot inspect, verify, change, cancel, refund, reship, resend, or update those private records in chat.

If your question depends on your specific order, account, subscription, payment, shipping address, refund, or course enrollment, our support team will need to review the private record and help you directly.

For course-access questions, include the email address you used at purchase and the course or program name when you contact support. Do not share passwords, full payment details, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in chat.

For health or medical questions, Dr. Boz support can share general educational resources, but cannot diagnose, prescribe, interpret personal labs, change medications, or give individualized medical advice. For personal medical decisions, talk with your own licensed clinician.

If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services now, such as 911 in the United States, or go to the nearest emergency room.
