If you need help accessing a Dr. Boz course, live session, Skool community, Zoom link, KetoMojo, or Cronometer setup resource, support can help route your request.
For on-demand courses hosted through BozMD.com, sign in at bozmd.com/my-account and check the course area for your purchased course or program.
If your course includes a live or virtual cohort, the live sessions, recordings, and community may be hosted in Skool. Check your welcome email, course area, and any class or calendar links first.
If you did not receive a welcome or access email, check spam, junk, and promotions folders and search your inbox for Dr. Boz or Skool.
If a course module appears locked, some course content may need to be completed in sequence, and video progress may need to register before the next module opens.
Fin can explain general published access steps and what information to include, but Fin cannot inspect your purchase, verify enrollment, unlock a course, resend a private link, reset passwords, update your email address, change your platform membership, or change any private account or course record in chat.
When contacting support, include the email address used at purchase, the course or program name, the platform you are trying to access, and a short description of what you see, such as a locked module, missing course, missing welcome email, broken link, Skool access issue, or Zoom access issue.
Do not share passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, full payment details, or private medical information in chat.
If your question is about personal health data, blood sugar readings, ketone readings, labs, symptoms, medication, diagnosis, or treatment decisions, support can share general educational resources but cannot provide individualized medical advice. For personal medical decisions, talk with your own licensed clinician.
