What is the Dr. Boz 6-Week Metabolic Reset?

A live, 6-week cohort course teaching Dr. Boz's keto and fasting method at a gentler pace than the 21-Day Metabolic Kick.

Written by Dr. Boz Team

The Dr. Boz 6-Week Metabolic Reset is a live, cohort-based online course that teaches Dr. Boz’s clinical approach to ketogenic nutrition and fasting for metabolic health. It uses the same core curriculum as the 21-Day Metabolic Kick, re-paced over six weeks so you have more time to absorb the lessons, practice the habits, and make them stick. Dr. Boz calls it the “Grandma Rose-approved” version — gentler and built for real life.

What’s included

  • 12 live sessions over 6 weeks (twice weekly, on Zoom). Every session is recorded and posted the next day, so you won’t fall behind if you miss one.

  • 5 core educational videos — physician-grade lectures with lifetime access.

  • A private community on Skool (intentionally not on Facebook).

  • A live Data Dashboard that syncs your glucose and ketone readings (via a KetoMojo meter) so you can track your Dr. Boz Ratio and learn alongside the group.

  • The signature Sardine Challenge and two progressively longer community water fasts.

  • Retrain Your Brain (CBT-based tools for cravings), Meditate-Resuscitate mindfulness tools, and a Cravings Killer challenge.

  • Up to 10 case studies hand-selected and taught by Dr. Boz.

  • A free post-class support group to keep your momentum, plus one month of full platform access after the class ends (and lifetime access to the 5 core videos).

Who leads it

Coach Jillian Eddy — Dr. Boz’s senior coach — leads the live sessions. Dr. Boz designs the curriculum and hand-picks the case studies, and may make guest appearances — but her live participation in any given cohort is not guaranteed. The 6-Week Reset does not include one-on-one time with Dr. Boz or a personal review of your individual case (those are features of the 21-Day Metabolic Kick).

Time commitment & format

Plan for roughly 2.5–4 hours of total time per week (a little more during the Sardine and fasting weeks). Live classes meet twice weekly; because everything is recorded, you can watch on your own schedule and still keep up.

How it compares to the 21-Day Metabolic Kick

Same proven curriculum, gentler pace. The 6-Week spreads the material across six weeks with two live sessions per week, while the 21-Day is an intensive daily sprint that also includes one-on-one Dr. Boz time and personal case review. For full details on the 21-Day, see “What is the 21-Day Metabolic Kick class?”

What you’ll need

  • A KetoMojo meter with glucose and ketone strips (this is the only device needed for the 6-Week).

  • A free Cronometer account for food logging.

  • Dr. Boz’s workbook is recommended.

  • For Week 4: canned sardines. For the fasting weeks: electrolytes/salt.

Enrollment, dates & price

The Reset runs in seat-limited cohorts of 150, and they fill up. The price is $997 (one-time). The official course page is Dr. Boz 6-Week Metabolic Reset — always the most up-to-date source for dates, pricing, and availability.

Payment: the 6-Week is a single one-time payment (no payment plan; the 21-Day Metabolic Kick does offer payment options). It’s generally HSA/FSA-eligible — please confirm the requirements with your own plan administrator. No insurance coverage and no CME credit at this time.

Enrollment is currently closed — the most recent cohort filled up. The best next step is to watch for the next cohort: keep an eye on the course page above and join Dr. Boz’s newsletter at the bottom of BozMD.com for the announcement.

Refunds: the 6-Week Metabolic Reset is non-refundable — because it’s a live, seat-limited cohort, enrolling reserves your spot.

Is it right for me?

The program is open to everyone — there are no enrollment restrictions. It’s an educational program, not medical care. Dr. Boz’s team shares education rather than personalized medical advice, so if you have a specific health condition or take medications, please check with your own clinician about whether practices like extended fasting are appropriate for you. We’re always happy to explain how the course approaches these topics in general.
