Having trouble getting set up or finding something? Start here. If these steps don’t solve it, email [email protected] with the email address you enrolled with and we’ll help.
I didn’t get the welcome email
Check your spam and Promotions folders and search your inbox for “Dr. Boz” or “Skool.” The welcome email has your Skool invite, the class calendar, and your setup checklist. If you still can’t find it, email [email protected] from (or naming) your enrollment email and we’ll re-send it.
I can’t log into Skool
Use the invite link from your welcome email and sign in with the same email you enrolled with. Forgot your password? Use “forgot password” on the Skool login screen. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll check your access.
Where are the live classes / the Zoom link?
Live classes meet twice weekly on Zoom (Tuesdays and Fridays — see your class calendar). The Zoom link is inside Skool and in your calendar invite. Missed a class? Every session is recorded and posted in Skool the next day, so you won’t fall behind.
Setting up Cronometer
Create a free Cronometer account in Week 1 and log your food/macros. There’s a Cronometer tab inside Skool, and you’ll post a screenshot of your macros as homework. For app-specific questions, Cronometer’s help center is best; for “what should I log,” ask in class or the Skool community.
KetoMojo meter & the class dashboard
You’ll need a KetoMojo meter plus glucose and ketone strips, and the KetoMojo app. Your readings feed the class Data Dashboard so the group can learn together. Make sure the KetoMojo app is installed and your readings are saving there, then follow the dashboard-connect step shown in class. If it still won’t sync, email us and we’ll walk you through it. (A KetoMojo meter is all you need — no CGM required for the 6-Week.)
Do I need Facebook?
No — the community is on Skool, intentionally off Facebook.
How long do I keep access?
You keep full platform and content access for one month after the class ends, plus lifetime access to the 5 core educational videos.
