What Should I Do If I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, don’t worry—there are steps you can take to try to correct it, depending on whether the package has already shipped and the carrier being used.

First Step - Contact Us

Contact our customer service team immediately to update the shipping address. If the package is still being processed, we can often make changes before it ships. Before taking any action, locate your tracking number in your confirmation email or order details. If you have it, checking the tracking number will help you determine the shipping status of your package. If it’s still in the processing stage or hasn’t been picked up by the carrier, there may be time to update the address directly with us.

If Your Package Already Shipped...

You may be able to use the carrier's Package Intercept Service to redirect the shipment to the correct address. Below are the options for common carriers:

  • USPS: Use the USPS Package Intercept service to redirect your package to a different address or hold it at a Post Office for pickup.

  • UPS: Access the UPS Delivery Intercept service to change the delivery address, hold the package, or return it to the sender.

  • FedEx: Use the FedEx Delivery Manager to redirect your package or hold it at a FedEx location for pickup.

  • DHL: Contact DHL Customer Service or use their Parcel Redirection service to make changes to your delivery address.

If Interception Doesn't Work...

If the address is incomplete or invalid, the package is typically returned to the sender. Once the package is returned, we will process a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
