Can Dr. Boz interpret my lab work or test results?

Written by Dr. Boz Team

Not by email. But here’s what we can do and how to get started.

We get this question often and we understand why.

You’ve made big changes. You’re tracking your glucose, your ketones, your labs - and now you want to make sense of it all.

But here’s the truth: lab interpretation done right requires context.

Without a full picture - your history, symptoms, goals, medications - it’s not responsible to give specific advice.

That’s why Dr. Boz and her customer support team do not interpret nor analyze lab results via email or social media.

Inside the 21-Day Metabolic Kick Program, Dr. Boz and her coaches work directly with participants to:

  • Review key lab markers in the context of the class

  • Explain what the numbers actually mean and how they relate to your health goals

  • Answer questions with the benefit of real-time interaction

This is the only setting where we review labs and history, because this is where we can do it thoroughly, accurately, and safely.

Need help getting started with labs?

Not sure what to look for in your labs?

Dr. Boz walked through Dr. Shawn Baker’s labs and showed exactly how to interpret numbers in a low-carb context.
