How do I become a Dr. Boz coach?

Written by Dr. Boz Team

Learn the Science!

If you’ve experienced the power of keto and want to help others transform, this is how.

Dr. Boz Certified Coaches are trained using the same principles she uses with patients.

Step 1: Complete the Consistently Keto Course

Learn the foundations, Build the framework

This is the starting line. Consistently Keto is a self-paced course that delivers Dr. Boz’s teachings, just like in clinic. It will give you an understanding of the ketoCONTINUUM process, and tools to KICK keto stalls and guide others through them.

Step 2: Complete the BRAINS Course

Understand the brain, Master the motivation

True coaching doesn’t just move numbers, it changes minds.
The BRAINS Course teaches the neurobiology behind Dr. Boz’s protocols - how ketones, sleep, trauma recovery, and addiction all shape the brain.

You’ll learn:

  • How to use neuroplasticity, BDNF, and behavior loops to help others shift habits

  • The deep link between trauma, sugar addiction, and stalled healing

  • How to teach and retain complex topics using storytelling, team dynamics, and game theory

Step 3: Join the 21 Day Metabolic Kick

Move from knowledge to experience

You’ll get:

  • Direct coaching from Dr. Boz and her certified team

  • Experience being in a small-group coaching setting

  • Insight into the rhythm, language, and structure of the course

  • Personalized guidance

  • Curriculum to mirror the coaching framework

This is the core of what every Dr. Boz Coach must know and live.

Step 4: Reach Out to Apply

Once you’ve done the work, contact us

After completing the steps above, email us to see if coaching seats are currently open. If they are, we may invite you to a one-on-one interview to:

  • Assess your understanding of Dr. Boz’s methodology

  • Review how you’ve applied the material in your life or community

  • Evaluate your readiness to support others through the healing journey

We accept the right people - those who lead with humility, integrity, and a desire to serve.
