What invalidates the grandfathered rate?
The rate lock requires unbroken continuity. If a subscriber cancels their Annual Paid subscription and attempts to resubscribe at a later date, the system will automatically apply the current market rate ($200/year).
Exceptions cannot be manually processed by the BozMD support team. You are solely responsible for maintaining active payment methods via your Substack Account Settings.

Are my BozMD.com store credentials the same as my Substack login?
No. Substack and BozMD.com are entirely separate platforms and do not share Single Sign-On (SSO). Purchasing supplements or courses on BozMD.com does not grant you a Substack account. You must create a unique Substack account.
How do I manage my billing or cancel my Substack subscription?
All Substack billing operations are processed independently via Stripe. The BozMD support team does not have administrative access to alter, cancel, or refund Substack subscriptions. To manage your billing:
Log into your Dr. Boz Substack account.
Navigate to your Account Settings.
Select "Manage Subscription" to update payment methods or modify your tier.
I am a paid subscriber, but the Substack app says I am not. How do I fix this?
Authentication de-syncs frequently occur when users open Substack links via external email clients (like the Gmail or Apple Mail in-app browsers) rather than the native Substack application.
Verify the exact email address you used to purchase the subscription on your Stripe receipt.
Open the native Substack app on your mobile device.
Log out, and log back in using that exact purchasing email address. Do not use an Apple ID proxy email if you purchased with a standard Gmail address.
